A little about ourselves
- For the past 43 years, Bob has been sailing from picturesque Rustic Harbour out into the Gulf of St. Lawrence to fish lobster during May and June, and then sailing during July, August and September for his Deep Sea Fishing Charters; needless to say Bob is an experienced Captain and LOVES what he does!
- You will be sailing on a 45’ long, Island-made fiberglass boat built in 2010; named “My Two Girls”, the boat complies with all government charter regulations, and is equipped with life jackets, life raft, rain gear and onboard washroom
- Each trip is approx. 3 hours from departure to return
- We sail about 5 -7 miles out in the Gulf of St. Lawerence
- Our fishing experience is truly family friendly, and we’ve enjoyed hosting generations of families who keep coming back summer after summer for more deep sea adventures!

Where You'll Fish
- Bob's Deep Sea Fishing is located in the picturesque fishing town of North Rustico, located just five miles from Cavendish and approximately 30 mins from Charlottetown.
- Make you visit ON THE DOCK EATERY, located next to Bob’s Deep Sea Fishing and operated by Bob’s daughter Kate! Come and enjoy fresh local cuisine and friendly service on a patio deck with panoramic views of the harbour and town.
- We are also within 100 yards of North Rustico beach and the North Rustico Harbour Light House
What You'll Fish
- The first PEI fish you'll try to catch will be Mackeral
- Afterwards, we raise our anchors and sail deeper to fish for Cod
- You'll also never know what other catch you might bring aboard, including Scullpons, Flounder, Monk Fish and Rock Eels
- You will also get to see plenty of Seagulls and Ganets as they follow our boat around
- The Ganets must be seen to be believed as they swoop in the water like bullets to retrive their food
- Occasionally we see other forms of sea life that include Minki Whales, Porpoises and Seals
Our Fees
- There's lots of room for everyone to fish at the same time, with Tackle and Bait included with price
- To charter whole boat is $850.00 (tax inc.) with 18 guests being our maximum for people on board
- If you need more than 1 boat, we can call up our fishing friends and neighhours to make the arrangements needed for more boats

We recommend calling ahead to reserve your spot. However, walk-ons are more than welcome! We suggest arriving a minimum of 15 minutes prior to departure.
